Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"God Save Barack Our King"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

No president has approached the office with higher expectations from his supporters. Perhaps it is time to "change" the National Anthem
God save Barack our King!
He can do anything
Or so 'tis said
Give us our Daily Bread
Pay for all needed Meds
He's even going to raise the dead!
Barack, our King

God bless Barack Hussein!
Let sound the glad refrain
Throughout the Land
To thirsty crops bring rain
Erase George Bush's stain
Long o'er us may he reign
Barack, our King

Praise thee, Obama, sire!
The Joy of our Desire
Oh, Heaven-Sent
Ban every gun and knife
End Middle Eastern strife
Proclaim him Sovereign Lord for Life
Barack our King

This is great as a parody, but the scary thing is that there are probably a lot of people who would take it seriously & quite willingly sing the praises of the man who would be king.
