Two weeks ago, The Parody Author wrote a parody of the Toploader song, “Dancing in the Moonlight”. But this same title was also used for a 1934 song performed by Ben Pollack. So here’s a revised version of that parody, set to the lyrics of the 1934 Ben Pollack recording.

Underneath the stars,
Making meows and love hugs,

Little ball of fur,
Looking for the lovelight,

Hey Fred, have you let the folks at Webster's know you're trying to redefine "trite"? Maybe you could send them a copy of your songs about Arby’s so they get the full idea. Or better yet, keep copying my reviews of your entries. That way there's actually something funny to read.
