The Lyrics

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Rob Arndt for inspiring this heavily-researched technical tour de force. The KG-X, until recently, was the underpinning of the German mobile transporter SL-55. There was, however, a significant flaw, which was corrected by the original twin inventors Hans and Franz.
Wheels were square
Soldaten complained, “Not fair.
Schlepping carts is tough
‘Cause the ground is much too rough.
Won’t you make this less complex!?”

Hans and Franz
All pumped up
Had an idea in their kopf
“Friction is no good”
And they quickly understood
That they had to change their plans.

It was round, design was done
Ratio, C:D
3.141, you see
Troops now have more time for sex.*

* I have no idea.

^ You bet, Jonathan. Remember "I got your back"? Some of the new troops still go that way, but for the rest, it's "I got your front."
