The Lyrics

Ignores the roadkill
That rots on the road..
(Ta ta, ta ta)
Vege-tair--ee--uhn Vult-cha.

Meadow's his garden,
Where dinners are growed,
(Ta ta, ta ta)
Vege--tair--ee--uhn Vult-cha..

Way down in Ghana
On postage, he's showed
(Ta ta, ta ta)
No carnivorous cult-cha..
You could use him as...a mulch-cha
He is the Vege--tair--ee--uhn Vult-cha

Head...is...feathered,
Not..bald..like..most...
Qther buzzards are..

Don't...look...weathered,
He'll..dine..on..greens...
You save in a jar..

Wild...and...they're free..
Dis..po..ziss..shun's..mild ..
And never mean..

Wide wings to fly like heck,
Tall and thin...skinny of neck,
He'll screech....and then,
He'll fly and screech again..

Ignores the roadkill
Out there on the road..
(Ta ta, ta ta)
Veg-ah--tair--ee--uhn Vult-cha..

Meadow's his garden,
Where dinners are growed,
(Ta ta, ta ta)
Vege--tair--ee--uhn Vult-cha..

Way down in Ghana
On postage, he's showed
(Ta ta, ta ta)
No carnivorous cult-cha..
You could use him as...a mulch-cha.,
He is the Vege--tair--ee--uhn Vult-cha

He is the Vege--tair--ee--uhn Vult-cha..

Farce - The way you carrion - what a hoot this one is. I grew up listening to polkas as they are quite popular in certain areas of Pennsylvania. I found a good youtube link that does this OS complete with the OS lyrics plastered over the video. The link is:

Great one, AFW, and I laughed along with the whole thing. In case you wanted to know why someone as young as I am would know all these old OSs, I have a very large collection of 78rpm records and listen to them a lot. But I will leave the golden-oldie and show-tune OSs to you since they are a trademark of your style. 555 pounds of veggies for your Vegetarian Vulture.

Vegetarian Vulture...I know what you meant. Vultures and scavenger birds are a real pain! I echo all comments above! Harvesting 3 sets of 5's for you!

Thanks to Guy, Mark, John, LCC, OMR, Andy, Andria, Fiddlegirl, and Christie....When I dreamed up the title, I had no idea that there really was such a creature, but after keywording it...I found out that there really is a specie in Africa..veggie eating buzzards..and theu are featured on a stamp in Ghana, as I stated in the parody..Life imitating art..the web never ceases to amaze me.
