Parody Song Title:

"Tucking 'em In"

Parody Written by:

Phil Alexander

The Lyrics

When mummy says it's time
Children start to cry
Mummy why?
She keeps her mummy's grin
While tucking 'em in

The children then reply
Not "Goodnight" - mother's will they will defy
They will drive her to gin
No tucking 'em in

To mother's chagrin
Bed-time plans gone awry
Kids are so sly
Don't want kith or kin
For tucking 'em in

So when bedtime is nigh
See the pillows fly
Flying high
Yet again, Mum must begin
A-tucking 'em in

DKTOS - must be a British thing. Fives just for completing the parody without the typical rhymes for "tucking" that one would expect here lol.

Thanks, all :-)
Strangely enough, I hadn't even heard of Ween until Agrimorfee pimped 'em, day before yesterday. But the OS is kind of fun, and the writing of the above went unbelievably quickly.

Yahoo Phil!! And a subject that I can relate to as a new dad. Everyone should hear more Ween (try The Mollusk or Chocolate & Cheese as a start...a wild sense of humor spoofing every genre of music and great guitar licks).
