The Lyrics

Christi is Christina Aguilera. Kelly is Kelly Clarkson.
I don't know how they made it,
Their music makes me rot.
A little of it's okay;
But it's bad to have a lot.
On the TV,
Here in my car,
They're all stars.

They're played every hour,
It really ticks me off.
They don't know what they're singin',
I think I'll turn it off.
Gives me headaches,
On the countdowns,
They're all stars.

I just wanna cry
When I hear "...One More Time."
Britney, Nelly,
Christi, Kelly.

A genie in a bottle,
Now what the heck is that.
Next time I hear "Dilemma,"
My Walkman's getting bashed.
They're annoying,
I get sick of those pop...
Stars.

I just wanna cry
When I hear "...One More Time."
Britney, Nelly,
Christi, Kelly.

Their music's getting boring,
I'm sick of "Ride Wit' Me."
They make so much darn money,
And they're under age of 33.
All their little tricks
Make you buy their songs
They're all stars.

Oh, man.

I just wanna cry
When I hear "...One More Time."
Britney, Nelly,
Christi, Kelly.

Nice to know that I'm not the only one who noticed that they're way too overplayed.

A lot of people think pop stars are good because the media tells us to think that. Add "overpaid" to "overplayed"! Add Shania to the list, too!

lebeiW15, I agree with you I don't like any pop stars from after 1997, because they're annoying, they even sound like Kidsongs do you remember that show and video line from the 80s?

Funny, but I like Christina and Kelly. I do agree they've gotten a lot of attention on the radio and elsewhere. So have J. Lo and Justin Timberlake and a bunch of others like them. And to Lee Rasiel, yes I remember Kidsongs. Kinda bland show. One pop star I do like is Mika Nakashima (she debuted in 2001), but at least she can sing and her music is more 'Adult Contemporary' even though it's sung in her native Japanese.

But nobody knows of Kidsongs it's like Oliver & Company. both were well known but were not known by most people. people have had no familiarity with Oliver & Company since it was rereleased on March 29, 1996.
