It's snowed for days
more of the same...

It's snowed for days
I feel insane
well, the forecast the weatherman made, he made in vain
'cause we've had no relief yet, the snowstorm has not ended

And I can't go to work and so, I can't get paid
the kids can't go to school, they're driving me insane
I feel cabin fever cracking up my brain
I just want it to stop and sun shine again

We lost our heat
we need relief
but I fell on my ass when I went to chop a tree
I can't deal with this snow anymore, won't it please just cease?

It stopped today
Slowly melting
Could it be? The sun broke through today
well, it isn't Spring, but after last week, it's great

'Cause I couldn't work and so, I got no pay
the kids missed lots of school, they 'bout drove me insane

but now the snow is over, life goes on again

And I can go to work and so I can get paid
the kids can go to school, although they just complain
But this very evening, much to my dismay
I looked out my window, it's snowing again
