The Lyrics

A decent lyric about a person that cannot gain weight no matter how much he eats.
Show me your powers (Originally Show me your colors from S Club 7)
by: Germboy

When did you go and loose weight?
I can't recognize you anymore?
I see some change
in your size and your tiresome voice
that made me wonder what you eat

You're really changed
Somehow, don't know how
I can see you right now
So gaunt and sick

Do, do-do, do-do
Show me your powers

Chorus
Show me
Show me your powers
Show me
Don't loose any more weight
or you'll break your bone
Show me
Show me your powers, skinny
Show me you are not so gaunt

I know you want what I have
Big muscles, but still out of your reach
Do I care?
All you have is just skin and bones
Nobody gives a damn

I can see you all alone out there
wishing you could gain a pound
But the chance for you to gain weight is so few
why not just admit you are gaunt

Do, do-do, do-do

Chorus
Show me
Show me your powers
Show me
What have you been eating
cause you're skin and bones
Show me
Show me your powers, skinny
Show me you are not so gaunt

Skinny
Don't tell me you weigh something
After all you eat

Skinny, don't you show me
Show me you have gained weight
Tell me you're not gaunt after all

Please show me now

Chorus
Show me
Show me your powers
Show me
Don't tell me you gained weight
cause you're still so gaunt
Show me
Show me your powers, skinny
Show me you are not so gaunt

Show me
Show me your powers
Show me
Why weren't you gaining weight
when you eat so much
Show me
Show me your powers, skinny
Show me you are not so gaunt

You are really very skinny
The way you know I really want
But you know
Even though you're like a bamboo
To pretend that you're not, my foot
It's not the easiest thing to avoid
No point avoiding the fact
The fact that
you're gaunt
This lyric convey the idea of being skinny very well.

From fat to anorexic-thin, and you brought this band back? Wow, I get it now. I'll never quite understand how people get so fat because I never seem to be able to gain any weight.
