| Parody Song Title: | "Yes I Am Boring" |
| Parody Written by: | Stella Baker |
Nineties hit, turned out shit
My agents hid when I sang another song
And shit themselves
Heavy eyes, and heavy sighs
The perfect cure for insomnia
Through what I sing
My songs are for sleepers
They're lullabies
No chance for alertness or staying awake
You can't help but close your eyes
Spend the night sleeping until the sunrise
And this is why, because I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
They fall asleep and cannot be woken
When they hear my songs
Despite the stress and severe insomnia
They sleep long
The yawning face
Each sleepless case
I can bore until all snore
Sound asleep
Compulsion to sleep, and sleep deep
Drowsiness from my words creep
Till your eyes are heavy, and you fall asleep
No need to ask, because I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
My agents hid when I sang another song
And shit themselves
Heavy eyes, and heavy sighs
The perfect cure for insomnia
Through what I sing
My songs are for sleepers
They're lullabies
No chance for alertness or staying awake
You can't help but close your eyes
Spend the night sleeping until the sunrise
And this is why, because I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
They fall asleep and cannot be woken
When they hear my songs
Despite the stress and severe insomnia
They sleep long
The yawning face
Each sleepless case
I can bore until all snore
Sound asleep
Compulsion to sleep, and sleep deep
Drowsiness from my words creep
Till your eyes are heavy, and you fall asleep
No need to ask, because I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring
Yes I am boring

This song came out in the eighties, so I can imagine how LONG it made you sleep. Though I like 'Smooth Operator' AND 'Your Love is King' AND 'Sweetest Taboo', I can't help but appreciate the humour in this.
This song hits the target on 'soft' rock and "smooth" jazz
