The Lyrics

This is a part of a parody I am still working on. It is about a guy I used to pass on the way to college. I used to check him out and he didn't seem to mind, he would smile even wave sometimes. After I spoke to him, this all changed...
There is a cute guy in the cafe
Never did quite get his name
Used to perve on him everyday
Spoke to him and things are not the same

Now when he sees me, he turns away
This happens nearly everyday
What did I say to offend him?
Really wish that I knew
At the moment I have no clue

If only I had kept my big mouth shut
I'd be still checking him out
Shouldn't have asked how he was going
I'm not blonde - what the hell was I doing?
On the days I have to walk past
My steps once slow, but now they are fast

What did you say to offend the guy? Surely not just "Hello and How are you?"

That's all I said to him. After that he wasn't so friendly.
