The Lyrics

Ever wonder what happened to Lump after her twenties between the sheets?
Lump sat alone in a smoky bar
Totally screwed, lost the keys to her car
Buzzed and floating like she’s a mosquito
She totally had one too many mojitos

She's drunk, she's drunk
Her eyes are red
She's drunk, she's drunk, she's drunk
Can’t feel her head

Lump lingered past last call because
When her drinking stopped, she’d forgotten where she was
How’d she get there? Couldn’t understand
So she fell asleep, a Long Island in her hand

She's drunk, she's drunk
How’d she get here?
She's drunk, she's drunk, she's drunk
She stole my beer!

Lump was limp and the bouncers gave her a shove
Lump slipped on the pavement and tumbled on her butt
She’s drunk as hell, loose on the streets
Lump looked around – “Hey! Found my keys!”

She's drunk, she's drunk
Don’t let her drive!
She's drunk, she's drunk, she's drunk
She’ll lose her life!

Is she drunk out of her head?
I think so
Are her eyes bloodshot and red?
I think so
If she drives, will she be dead?
I think so
Hide her keys! Put her to bed!

Don't worry, she went home and ate some Peaches.

Sometimes the obvious rhymes are great ones for parody writing. I like how you tried to make it a sequel (although I am still not at all sure if Lump was really a girl...my impression was that she was a frog...).

(Artistry) I always thought that Lump was dead. Still, a drunken zombie, I can get behind that. Pretty good parody here, 555!

I also like the idea that there is a sequel to the OS, and this was pretty funny to boot...however, the pacing was pretty off in some spots. Overall, not bad though!

(Artistry) Yeah, this was cool. I liked that the rhymes were simple, but perfect and you hit lots of good drink references very effortlessly. Very nice work. And for what it's worth, I used to think "Lump" was a tumor... give the song a listen and you might understand where I thought that... or maybe not. Regardless, this was fun!
