Shannon Briggs v David Haye, will it happen? People are saying Haye is ducking Briggs, despite Haye promising a fight if Briggs fought on the under-card and won, plus he got a head scan to show he was healthy. Briggs did both of those things. Still no fight. I think its all for show, to generate interest.
