Parody Song Title:

"Dont Eat"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

You want to be
As thin as ever
No more than 60 pounds heavier
Always

Dont eat your meal
Its an anorexia sin
Even an after dinner
Breath mint

Your ribs are starting to show
And if its real
I really hope so

Dont eat
I know just what your craving
Kate Moss never would have ate it
Stuff some cookies down your shirt
Dont eat
I know your skin is sinking
Karen Carpenter didnt have to do any eating
Stuff some cookies down your shirt

Those memories
Of eating nothing but Trident
Running in 100 degree weather
Everywhere you went

As we die , both you and I we'll look like Calistia Flockhart
We will try

Dont eat
I know just what your craving
Kate Moss never would have ate it
Stuff some cookies down your shirt
Dont eat
I know your skin is sinking
Karen Carpenter didnt have to do any eating
Stuff some cookies down your shirt

Be the envy
Looking like Britney..yes you are
You and me
We arent dying..We're dieting

Dont eat
I know just what your craving
Kate Moss never would have ate it
Stuff some cookies down your shirt
Dont eat
I know your skin is sinking
Karen Carpenter didnt have to do any eating
Stuff some cookies down your shirt

Gwen is a healthy woman of sound mind, high metabolism, and an active lifestyle. This song goes too far because Gwen is a sweet gal and is not anorexic (I know it firsthand!) :P So go pick on Karen Carpenter the dead chick, you half-assed excuse for a psychopath! LOL

we all lose when people take things as seriously as all of you do- and for the record, I remember reading ann article about 5 years ago, when Gwen Stefani spoke out about being anorexic in highschool-but that's besides the point. A parody is just that- making fun of something that seems too stupid to be real anyways- you have to have some catchy music to get the message across. GET OVER YOURSELVES.

She obviously wrote this song to reach out to girls who have eating disorders like anorexia , etc. to let them know that they aren't alone and that she can see where they are coming from. Instead of singing a song taht has the lines "DONT BE ANOREXIC ITS BAD FOR YOU" she gets down to the bottom of the problem (wanting to look like supermodels) and lets the listeners see for themselves how crazy the behaviour is. yes, a parody. Itz good to show girls that they are not the only ones having problems wiht thier body image. This song is simple but it gets the message across without being obnoxious. If people take the song to literally, they should check out that song she wrote "something with a little more substance" or something liek that ( cant remmeber title). GO GWEN:D
