This is good, and I did not see "fibromyalgia" coming as a sub. Tried shortly to work "vena mesenterica" coherently into my own parody, so possible medical subjects was no total surprise - but the way you topped this with the spoken parts and "Use of this product may cause severe swelling..." etc - brilliant! :-)
