"Happy-Luck"

Parody Written by:

J.D. Parody (Winkin Shark)

The Lyrics

The first off the album "Parody Thesis" by my parody cover band: Winkin Shark.
Verse 1:
Why do I feel so excited today?
Everything feels so right today
I didn't get in any fights today
Happiness is all I've got now
I don't know how things could go wrong
Or what could ruin this day
But I do know one thing for sure
It won't be something I say

Pre-Chorus:
This is a day that I'll keep inside
The next time I have to run and hide
Forgetting all the times they've tried
And succeeded in shattering my pride
[But then you'll hear me scream]
'Cause when tomorrow comes
The trouble I'll be in
They'll get me in a corner
A situation where I can't win
But now

Chorus:
It's like I'm/overjoyed and I can't hold it back
It's like a/sugar rush inside of my head
It's like I/can't stop jumping off the walls
They keep on telling me not to run in the halls

Verse 2: I've got such happiness in me
Blue birds everywhere I see
You've be in this kind of place too
The corniness was probably worse
I don't know what set this off first
But I know that I am glad
And I act like it'll keep on going on
Like a trend, some kind of fad

(Pre-Chorus) (Chorus )

Bridge:
I do not want this day to end

The fun I had
I know it will not last long

(Chorus)

Since I'm not allowed to update my footers or anything here, I will in future footers perhaps indicate that in order to entirely understand how my lyrics are paced, you need to listen to the recordings. I was a bit shocked to get all 1s by two voters, and no comments explaining the votes. Once again, I stand by saying the chorus is gold (meaning, I almost always write perfect choruses, the verses don't always have good pacing, I'll admit). I also must admit that this isn't my favorite song, both by title, and by the overall rapping, althought it is one of my favorite recordings, since I use so many crazy voices. Anyway, I shouldn't get anything under a three, because my lyrics have been tested, and they work-with a little stretch of the lyrical pacing. Maybe a 2 for this one since it's apparently so bad. lol

TOS came out in the 2000's. LP did not have any 90's stuff.

I know...it was a mistake when I uploaded the lyrics...so sue me! Now please, comment on something other than the time period I accidentally labled the lyrics as!

linkin park did one step closer and that was a song in the late 90s.
