Two AM - Saturday evenin'
Left the bar bobbin' and weavin'
Still can hear that bar band jammin'
At the traffic light - brakes slammin'
Hatin' to be waitin for the red to turn to green to go
Struck out with the women - so I'm hopin' I can find a ho
Oops, I see a cop car - my mind screams a warnin'
Know I'd better keep a cool head
Don't need ticketed this mornin'

Cruisin' past the park to main street
At wee time it's such a plain street
And tho' I'm anticipatin'
By the stop sign, no chicks waitin'
Grab a snack from Mac's..
And in the parkin' lot I hear a honk
I look up and it's sweet Darlene,
Friend with benefits - Kazonk!
Drive out by the train tracks and sly park lover's lane
Our spot we hang out without doubt
While Darlene fries my brain..

Last night, with two coats, I painted town,

Don't even hear neighbors yellin'
Crazy Herb, or loudmouth Helen
On the floor's, hangin' my clothing
Closet's a chore I'm loathing
Up a minute gotta' pee
Then back to bed, Redneck zom-bie
Second's later I'm back snorin'
Choosin' fun from dreams I'm storin'

Six pm, missed church Sunday
Ain't no workin' until Monday
The cats are out, the dog is fed
When they saw me, all bedbugs fled
Right arm is sore from elbow bends
Plenty time to get some mends
Then I hear her loud yell, "CLEM!!!"
"Mom, it's just three pm.."
