Wearing pants has not gone totally out of style in Kansas City, but a lot of guys still haven't learned to pull them completely up when getting dressed.

Hahahaha true 😂 Haven't they heard of a belt or pants that fit them? Hell, even suspenders are better. I'm talking about guys (or gals) who sit around without pants around friends. While I know it's more comfy and I'm fine with people doing that at home (granted, without company over or being at someone's house), you should wear something besides undies around others. Even just a pair of shorts 😊
