The Lyrics

Uh oh.
I lived in Dreamerland, paid my taxes, had a plan
I used to do my job with a stake in the land
D.A.C.A. was proclaimed, and I kept my real surname
But everything has changed here to Trumperland

S.O.S., no DACA, lose my father
S.O.S., no DACA, bye-bye brother
S.O.S., no DACA, so long mother
S.O.S., no DACA, ta-ta family!

My U.S.A. is now not my U.S.A., oh no my U.S.A. is not my U.S.A.!

We rent a small apartment, justify no white man fears
I’ve been earning good money for 10 of 21 years
But now my chances will be gone, I’m off to deportation
You will get no respect here in Trumperland

S.O.S., no DACA, what a bother
S.O.S., no DACA, hope is smothered
S.O.S., no DACA, need a buffer
S.O.S., no DACA is a tragedy

Next day they’ll find my uncle, the Trumper makes us quake
The country is so stunned, this really takes the cake
We need some nasty snapshots to shoot this Trumper down
That’s how they should do it there in D.C. Land

S.O.S., no DACA, now discover
S.O.S., the Dreamer’s life is scuttered
S.O.S., the Congress is all flustered
S.O.S., the bastard took back my country!

“The Trumper is maybe the President, but he’s no President for me, the Trumper ain’t my kind-a guy”

Oh golly gee, where is my U.S.A., I weep, I no longer have a U.S.A.
Oh golly gee, where is my U.S.A., I weep, I no longer have a U.S.A.

S.O.S., will we ever recover?
S.O.S., one thing after another
S.O.S. immigration getting tougher
S.O.S., all marching forth to anarchy
S.O.S., blows much like Hurricane Harvey!

While I like the fact that you parodied the foreign language parts of this song I'm not a HUGE fan of political parodies even though I did make fun of Christie hogging the beach and Covfefe this is a bit too serious of a topic and depressing to think about. Not bad but I was hoping for some lighter fare.

Understandable, thanks for the comments and rating! I felt I had to do it while the timing was hot. As of right now, Trump seems to be waffling a bit on the whole issue (a good thing).

What Matthias said about the foreign language parts. Bonus parody kudos for working the words "snapshots to shoot" into a line where the original ends with the sound effect of a shot! We'll all miss you when you're in NSA custody next week. And I had to google DACA so we're kinda even on that! ;-)

DACA always was unconstitutional:
