The Lyrics

A little late in the game, I know. This was originally, "Bye Bye Little Miss Chinese Spy" but I couldn't pull it off!
I'm not a Chinese spy,
I work for the FBI,
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?
God I swear it's true,
I work for no one else but you,
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?

Everybody wants to know the truth.
Think I'm a traitor, but there's no proof.
No I wasn't going through those files.
I was just straightening the piles.

I'm telling you baby you're the only handler for this girl,
Named "Parlor Maid."

I'm not a Chinese spy,
I work for the FBI
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?
God I swear it's true,
I work for no one else but you,
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?

You've been watching too much "Alias."
There's no need for this suspiciousness.
You can tap my phone calls, listen to the line,
There's no evidence that you will find.

I'm telling you baby you're the only handler for this girl,
Named "Parlor Maid."

I'm not a Chinese spy,
I work for the FBI
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?
God I swear it's true,
I work for no one else but you,
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?

I'm not shacking up with that Kim Jong
Besides, his weenie is not as long.
You know I love you, please don't turn your back.
I'm tired of taking so much flack.

I'm telling you baby you're the only handler for this girl,
Named "Parlor Maid."

I'm not a Chinese spy,
I work for the FBI
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?
God I swear it's true,
I work for no one else but you,
Would I lie to you baby,
Would I lie to you?

I was waiting to see if you got any other comments, because I don't understand the reference. I was hoping someone else would ask. There is a song by Annie Lennox of the Eurythmics with your parody title, and that what's in my head when I read it. And you don't know "Our House?" I guess others have the same trouble. It's okay, some of mine have people scratching their heads.

Oh...I thought maybe this one just really stunk! Well, for starters, I screwed up the name - Its supposed to be "Katrina Leung," accused of being a double agent for FBI and China, the story was on the cover of time a few issues back. For more on this see: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/2939031.stm And secondly, this song came out in the early 90's, not the same as the Eurythmics. briefly popular. Ah well, we win some, we lose some.

One more mistake... the story was in US News and World Report. Just for the record.
