This is a song about running and the mental and spiritual benefits it can give us. This time Poetic Runner #2 who has played the role of Krayzie Bone will be on a solo hit. That is okay because on Bone Thugs and Harmony's albums every Bone member has gone solo at one time or another. Also makes it easier for me to keep writing songs without changing my artist name so I can get to 10 songs quicker. The original song was called Blaze It which can be found on You Tube. L.S.D. stands for Long Slow Distance which means running at a long slow pace then entering a state of bliss.
