Joel Hodgson was in the midwest
Where he started his own show
It was based on a man and four robots
who were trapped in space by two dumb sots
that worked in a place called Deep 13
what they put Joel and the 'bots through was considered real obscene.
They were shown cheesy movies
the worst anywhere (la la la)
They sat and made riffs at the screen
like they didn't have a care (la la la)
Now keep in mind Joel was in space
til Mike Nelson took his place
The change was controversial
but it didn't change the show's pace

The Sci-Fi Channel and Comedy Central
both cancelled this great show
But because of this show's great fan base
it was not a fatal blow!
