Parody Song Title:

"Weird Red Foods"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

This time Russian...
Weird Red foods,
Blinini,
On bagel, caviar and sour cream
Now for lunch,
Olivye salad looks foul to me and you,
Mixed potato salad with chopped veggies, sliced Bologna, and spiced mayo too!

Weird Red foods,
Meat Jello- really?
Kholodets looks absolutely nasty
Salo for brunch,
Sliced pig fat with Okroshka soup*
Wash it down with Kvas rye-honey-berry dew**

Herring, pickle, and mayo sandwich to boot?

Grossed out? Kishka with Vodka will do...
* chunky soup made of cucumbers, Bologna, and dill
** Has alcohol in it too!

Meat Jello? I mean, I like meat, and I like Jello, but together? 455

Axe that. The translation is actually Meat Jelly and is boiled meat in gelatin. You can add veggies too if you want. Looks gross, but people say it's good.
