The election is rigged by Republican state legislatures by such tactics as requiring photo IDs (amounting to a poll tax for the poor) and by gerrymandering congressional districts. Not satisfied with that, Trump is encouraging thugs to go to polling places to stand behind alleged Democratic voters and "make them nervous." Even more important, the Citizens United decision by Republican Supreme Court justices rigged this election as never before to favor corporations and the super rich.
Are you calling the media unfair to Trump, the same media that gave him $2 billion worth of free airtime covering his rallies?
Sure, when they show implicit bias against the Republican candidate and stack the talking heads to exonerate Hillary's crimes and lies. Remember at the beginning, the media said Trump was a joke and would be easily defeated in the primary? Remember when they said he couldn't win the nomination and the convention would be contested? Remember when they said he could not lead in poll numbers? He was winning just weeks ago or dead heat in the race. Despite allegations, the polls still fluctuate daily. He brought the deficit down from 11 pts to 7 and now they've climbed again. They may go down again, but the media is corrupt by focusing on Trump's negatives and not Hillary's. Liberal media gives her a pass just as the Govt and FBI have.
You're referring mainly to cable news. It has niche news for reinforcing every point of view. You should stop watching CNN and MSNBC and go to Fox News and the 700 Club. Hannity and Pat Robertson will cheer you up.
The media gave Trump free air time six months ago because they wanted him to be the Republican candidate, because they thought they could easily take him down with all the stories they had on him. In the end they may be right. .... In the meantime, why isn't the media taking up this deluge of Wikileaks revelations, or the fact that Hillary is making no public appearances weeks before the election (utterly unprecedented!!)
