The Lyrics

Get a load of this funny, geeky song, all about websites, both famous ones and indie ones.
It's been one week since that music geek
Submitted all of his parodies to Whatfreaks.
Five days since the Fetcho man
Sued websites like Dramatica and 4chan.
Three days since that utter noob
Tried uploading his full-length movie to YouTube.
Yesterday, there was a well-known cook,
Who sent in his recipes as notes on his Facebook.
Oh my gosh! You've seen that website?
It's name is Encyc.
It's like an easy Wikipedia.
The only diff'rence is the notability guidelines.
They don't care if your subject has been mentioned in the media.
Search on Google for a subject,
And they will direct
You to the sources most reliable.
A discussion board's what you need?
Then start your own feed.
Freelists.org is undeniable.
If you're a musician who likes to write a lot of songs,
Then make them into videos and send them all to YouTube.
You want to start a show that people tune into online?
Then sign up for the Ustream, but this website is not for noobs.
I used Comcast when I signed up for an e-mail.
Though my friends rather sign up for Gmail.
I'm the kind of guy who always is getting dissed
When I sell things for way too much on Craigslist.
I have a tendency to work with Vidtomp3.
I have a history of saving many songs.
It's been one week since Julian
Went on to WikiLeaks, let it leak out again.
Five days since Rebild.tv
Showed a great concert for you and me.
It's been three days since our favorite flick
Appeared on Netflix, we got to it very quick.
Yesterday, I had found some sites
And we watched films and episodes all day and night.
I just can not stand the PBWiki.
I'm gonna log off of it very quickly.
Watching Heapsong1 with headphones on,
And my best friend's on,
And she's seen the same episode!
And when I'm looking for my music,
I always tune in
To an FM site that's called Last.
There is a company that makes films.
And most of their films
Are online musical fundraiser casts.
I look at Lolcats on the Lolcat Bible,
All because the images are funnier than on Uncyclopedia.
And when I research Imogen Heap, I look deep
And always keep on looking into this Replenish New Media.
It's been one week since we editor boys
Went on to Urban Dictionary and made noise.
Five days since the YouTube star
Sold a DVD of everything in his repertoire.
Three days since Wiki Ebooks got
Spammed by hundreds upon hundreds of spam bots.
Yesterday, the owners told me
That the spam will be cleared up in a jiffy.
The spam will be cleared up in a jiffy.
The spam will be cleared up in a jiffy.
Then the website will look very spiffy.
