The Lyrics

Take it from me, this doctor will take it from you! ;-D YouTube Link to Owner of a Lonely Heart: - http://youtu.be/BpwI8VOu-Vs
Ask yourself
You like to spend your life
Taking your body for granted
Know yourself
Know every piece of you
Or they might just get transplanted

Love yourself
And the way you are made
You are you - and there is only one

Makes - makes himself
Sells your parts and gets paid
And the gory goes

Donor of a body part
Donor of a body part
Much better off - than
Owner of the missing part
Donor of a body part

No - you don’t want to chance it
Of being put under
Watch him now
The evil in his eyes
How it’s burnin’ hot and hotter

Might - lose your limbs
Just for his profits sake
His real reason is he’s a plotter
Save yourself
To a chance to be free
You’ve got to want to survive

Donor of a body part
Donor of a body part
Much better off - than
Owner of the missing part
Donor of a body part

Donor of a body part

It’s not our own decision
He butchers you so
He don't ever talk about the bill at all
Every piece has got to go
You sew what he reaps
And he don’t hesitate at all - no no

Donor of a body part
Donor of a body part
Much better off - than
Owner of the missing part
Donor of a body part

Donor of a body part
Donor of a body part
Much better off - than
Owner of the missing part
Donor of a body part

Donor of a body part
Soon all of his sick amputations
Will decide the doctors fate
It will excite us with delight
Us patients won’t have to wait

Donor of a body part
Donor of a body part

Can’t ever tempt your fate at all
Can’t ever tempt your fate at all
Can’t ever tempt your fate at all
Just accept it

Donor of a body part….

JIN - This is the best "organ" music since J. S. Bach! ;D

Reminds me of a review I saw for a movie "Never Let Me Go". Said to be the most depressing novel and film ever. I've got enough of that already, so I haven't read or seen it. There are markets for human parts. People in India sell kidneys to meet economic needs. China sells pieces of executed "criminals". I once saw a libertarian on a US talk show promote the free market justifications for allowing the survivors to sell body parts of their loved ones. Stripping a living human of organs is morally dubious, but a corpse, that could be a different matter. If a person owns himself, as libertarians maintain, they he has the right to bequeath his body to an heir, just the same as a house or an insurance policy.

Thank You Rob, OMR, and Patrick! The idea for this parody hit me a couple of days ago, along with the idea for "Nutcase" too. :-)

This idea was inspired to me by 2 movies, House on Haunted Hill (1999) and Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) the insane asylum Haunted Hill and it's head doctor Dr. Richard Vannacutt, did unnecessary surgery to his patients, removing limbs, organs, taking out there brains, etc. while his head nurse filmed his whole operation procedures. So this got me to thinking to do a parody based on that idea, also look for me to do a parody sometime in the future about both Haunted Hill films, it will be set to Marilyn Manson's version of "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" look for it soon! ;-)

Totally forgot about this OS, and I love the title switch you did with it! Great job, let me give you a "hand"!

This was well done although it's a very controversial topic. Some people think it's good to give their parts to people in need especially when they have no use for them anymore. On the other hand it makes some people believe that the doctor isn't going to treat them the same since the parts are just going to somebody who needs them anyways. So you did a really well job on this. I need to write a parody of this song as well seeing that it's in one of Weird Al's polkas.

Your writing and pacing has really taken off since you first joined the site! One of my favorite OS'es, I played around with a similar idea in the past for this song. Very well done, you did a great job with this.

(SOTM) An "arm" and a "leg" above the rest. Good job!

(SOTM) Organ donation without the consent of the donor? Sounds like the plot for one o' them splatgore movies. Or a spinoff of Repo, whichever works. Very well done here, you've definitely gotten loads better at this whole parody shindig. 555 for you!
