| Parody Song Title: | "Loving That Danger" |
| Parody Written by: | Below Average Dave |
I'm at badave.com, chow!
I love putting on a show
I have no fear, and I appear bold
I just love really scary stuff,
Oh, Loving that Danger
Fell to the ground, scraped both my knees
Broken every bone and it hurt indeed,
Out there skating, jumping higher than trees
Oh, Loving that Danger
I am not stoned, just love sharp stuff
So one day walked across some broken glass, how rough,
I felt it cutting, and my feet did swell
I just call them battle marks, I'm a rebel
Loving that Danger,
Helps control Anger
Tough as a Ranger,
Glass presents danger--it's tough, yes, yes, yes
My gut reaction, is to increase speed
I love big accidents, zip through them-I'll succeed
My car loves jumping though I look insane
But, if I recall from driving class, this is fair game
No entertainer,
Could be no stranger
Loving that danger,
Speed racing ya'll eat my dust
Now I'll jump from those planes above,
and on weekends, it's trains that I love
Even fire, guns and evil doves
Futures murky
Loving that Danger
My life's endangered!
Now Asian swords, I can't get enough
So let's go play fight without all that fencing fluff
Get satisfaction running through the street
I'm dodging all the cars and think it's rather sweet
Loving that Danger,
I could be stranger
Jumping in lanes yeah
Give me some danger please love!
Loving that Danger
Loving that Danger
Give me some danger please love
I have no fear, and I appear bold
I just love really scary stuff,
Oh, Loving that Danger
Fell to the ground, scraped both my knees
Broken every bone and it hurt indeed,
Out there skating, jumping higher than trees

(Artistry) You've done other songs about this topic I think. I like how each stunt progressed in their degrees of potential lethalness.
Looks like we've synched our theme today, Dave...great minds thinking alike and all that. This was superb, and although I DKTOS, this reads smoothly and enjoyably. 555
Aggy... I don't remember Dave doing a parody about Extreme Stunts before... He's done a ton of parody about getting beat up, but not Extreme Stunts. Dave this was good I could tell this to your face, but your busy talking to Damien right now.
This was awesome!! 5s
I love when you parlez-vous "dangereux" , Sir SinBAD ! Just put the "Pedal to the Metal," NASCAR Dave!
lol... good one
Thank you everybody alot . . . I am sorry I'm so late--Jack and Matty are both in town--having a blast!
Hey guys! Getting an early start with the partying, he ?? I'll FedEx my black whip, Chaps & kid gloves to Tampa . . . Mrs ~RedAnt~ will know how to apply them . . .
Dangerous parody
I have to add, Dave: your attempt to rhyme "anger" with "danger" and "ranger" --and "rebel" with "swell"--was quite extreme.
I won't disagree that it's not a perfect rhyme, what I will say is from a recording standpoint it works which is always how I write . . .with knowledge that it may someday be recorded.
(Artistry) So the truth comes out, Dave is really Super Dave! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuSUq6IZqFc) Another Dave parody that would make a great video.
(Artistry) He knows no fear! He knows no danger! He knows how to write a damn good parody (rhyming issues aside)!
So this is where the danger/anger controversy came from...I still stand by anger/danger being quite a stretch and probably won't work in a recording but rebel/swell is well within poetic license and certainly could. It seems to be paced fairly well with very good rhyming of the parody lyrics with the original lyrics, and I didn't see a lot of funny parts from the lyrics alone although there is plenty of potential to make a funny video (although relative obscurity of the song may be a problem) and evil doves can certainly be hilariously ridiculous.
(Artistry) Evil doves, Dave? I can see evil seagulls, or falcons, or even Tweety Birds (poor Sylvester). I think the music video mentioned above will have to bring back ol' Alfred H. to direct.
