Song Parodies -> "Michael Jackson"

Original Song Title:

"We Are The World"

Original Performer:

USA For Africa

Parody Song Title:

"Michael Jackson"

Parody Written by:

Tim Hall

The Lyrics

There was a time Michael Jackson was the man
and he thought he had the world in his hand
He had released Thriller
Boy, And what a success it was because
Every song was a hit

We can't go on pretending all is right
That Michael, will seek psychiatric help
His many problems are becoming more known
And the truth - you know help is all he needs

Michael Jackson, he loves the children
He is the one who thinks it is OK
so let's start prying
Some people are saying
He needs to go to jail
It's true he is now well known as
A pedophile

Well, the stories are strange
So our suspicions endure
And your future is very uncertain
As you have shown us
By dangling both your kids
Over a balcony that you need help

Nobody's listening
to your songs anymore
And the people watching you
think you are covering up
Hopefully, you'll realize
You can't hide in Neverland
When the fans keep abandoning you

Why couldn't he have stayed black and kept his nose? Why did he have to get all creepy on us? The man has problems.

I barely know the lyrics “We Are The World“ and I REALLY don’t like this song anymore! It's the most annoying song ever for me! Of course the video are so annoying for no particular reason!

I can just picture Lionel Richie, Cyndy Lauper, Ray Charles, and the entire USA FOR AFRICA gang reuniting for this tune, raising money for Jacko's defense fund.

I was thinking about the Tsumai victims when I was looking for the words to this song. With all the suffering that's going on around us I think we have more important things to do than mock Michael Jackson. If he's guilty, which I believe he is. Let's let the justice system take care of him, and concentrate on helping those in need all around us, as I honestly believe Michael was doing when he wrote this song. Thanks and God bless you.

I didn't think it was that terrific, Tim. But then I didn't think your 'Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'' parody was funny, either.
