Merry says: I see this title has been done before, but I couldn't resist, as this is a true story. Sawdust and noise have been assailing me for days (and in Reseda no less!), since the fire dept. just caught up with my lax neighbor... Oh! Except the Van Halen part - that certainly isn't true! ;-D

I incorporated "tree fallin'" into "Me Fallin''" some time ago. Anyway, nothing wrong with using already done titles as long as you don't dupe the earlier parody's content. 5s

can't fool me, Merry (er, although sometimes you can...and have....er, anyway...) because I'm sure that the first thing you do in the morning is put on your Best Of Van Halen CD, and then turn it off last thing at night - at least it would drown out those chainsaws - 555
