The Lyrics

recently there was a bit of a hoo haa about a cricketer tampering with the ball imzumam ul-haq pakistani captain was blamed although there were 30 cameras covering the event no evidence was forth comming.
umpires pass the ball around there after me
and the darty wouldn't swing if not for me
i've made the seam rip
accused the cheat
i'm inzumam and i'm no cheat!

darrell hair is a cheating senseless feck
i may be captain but this chap has got some neck
he trade the old ball lump of con-crete
i'm inzumam and i'm no cheat
all round the ground the people chant my name
there givin me hell they go and boo !
all across the ground the people have a cow
you are the cheat and we know you - you

the opposition treat me like the p.l.o.
i told my buddies that were really not gonna show
and who swapped the ball ? man!
frown on the cheat
i'm inzumam and i'm no cheat
all round the world it's hurt-full name and shame
in devon they yell, my name is poo
it wouldn,t have curled,the people won't allow
i am the cheat and we know you - true

when a sports fan sings with mirth, he took a chance
and more looba had to help me ball en-hance
who made the ball freeze ,swing to their feet
i'm inzumam and i'm no cheat
i'm inzumam , i'm inzumam
i'm inzumam and i'm no (i am no cheat)

Hey, this is a cool parody...but why does the Beatles' Abbey Road album appear on the right sidebar? They have nothing to do with the original song.

Is "The Look" the name of the band that performed this OS? I ain't never heard of them. Maybe that's why this parody hasn't gotten any votes and/or comments?

(Ages) 545, only because some of the humor is lost on me. I can't say I'm up on either Cricket or true English terminology. But all around a good song. Is this Imzumam/Inzumam in the clear yet, or is he still getting grief for nothing?

(AGES) Well, Tomario, it's certainly original any unique. . .I have to admit I loved your last round a bit more than this round, but I also recognize this one as following itself quite alright. . .as well

(AGES) I'm Aussie, and one of my country's main sports is cricket, but I don't get this parody at all. Mainly because I don't keep with the sport :) Oh, and Guest the reason by it is Abbey Road up the top is because that's what it does when it doesn't recognize the artist.

Unfamilier with the event, the sport and the OS, Sorry. I can tell you put a lot of work into this, but I could tell it was an earlier work of yours.

(AGES) I'm not familiar with cricket, either, so I could not understand this without the brief explanation. However, the word subs were totally awesome throughout--esp. "Izunam" for "in command." Never heard the song before, but it was catchy and fit well with the theme. Nice job, T.

Not being familiar with cricket, I didn't understand this one either, but I can imagine someone falsely accused of cheating would feel pretty bummed.

Didnt understand it either, but was good
