Not funny to most people over the age of 6, overuse of capitalization, pacing isn't great to say the least, and this theme has been beaten to death like the proverbial dead horse. 2-1-1.
The Care Bears was from a time when they were trying too hard to make non violent and lovey dovey cartoons such as the Smurfs. I prefer those cute Hitler cartoons by Warner Bros. This hints of sarcasm, so I give you credit for that.

At least he didn't go on and on about how Jason stands at his school. But yeah, this parody is really terrible, like most of this author's work.
