Every step of the impeachment inquiry process has been following the procedures implemented by the rePubelicans when they impeached Clinton. "Waaah! Let us in the SECRET MEETINGS! It's The Star Chamber! Nine sitting Republicans who were on the committee before this all started and who can still ask as many questions as they want is not fair!! WAAH! WAAAH!"

If by "every step", you mean "not even remotely similar", then yes the Dems are following "every step" the Republicans took -- to include a formal vote to impeach; with counsel afforded to both sides; with rights to confront and cross examine witnesses; and with a complaint based on an actual violation of the law (one for which Clinton loss his license to practice law) …. In other words, Republicans gave Clinton the same rights given to Khalid Shaykh Mohammed, that murdering hirsute toad who planned the acts that have now caused about 5000 American deaths …. but you want to deny the same rights KSM received to the duly elected president of the United States. You people

Oops, my bad. The Republicans in 1998 had a formal vote for an impeachment INQUIRY, as opposed to what Adam Schiff is doing now, which is denying any kind.of due process whatsoever to the President. Better? ...... Oh, and have you heard. Videos have now surfaced of the Schiffweasel complaining about the Republicans doing the very same thing HE's doing now during the Benghazi hearings. One difference -- The Republicans held a vote of the full House before proceeding with those hearings. I'd say Adam's Schiff is pretty weak just now

Doing what exactly? Is he locking out Republicans out of the room (who either have access to the committee intel anyway or were in the committee room while Mays was leading the cute spectacle)??

Helluva point, L. I guess that's the reason Pelosi is now deciding to schedule a vote for a formal impeachment something or other ...... She knew the ol impeach the POTUS via the basement of the Capitol based on secret, double hearsay testimony about a conversation that is now public record routine wasn't gonna fly with normal folks with IQs in triple digits .... So now she has to resort to another stratagem which will be proven to be just as phony as everything else Dems have tried
