The Lyrics

The cat is back... again! And this is my tenth parody, meaning my own page is just around the corner! Yippee!
Guilty once again
Gettin' hard to hide my perpetual shame
Maybe I'll be scot-free
If I spin a white lie
I'll try my luck
Everybody lies
But never quite as often as I seem to find myself
Spoutin' all these evils
Never say I don't try
I wrote the book

I wrote the book! (He wrote the book!)
I've got the pluck! (He's got the pluck!)
No-one but no-one can confirm my disrepute!
If I conform to anything it ain't the truth!
And by the time they find me out, I'm off the hook!

Ain't the one to blame
My Greyhound ate those papers and that broken window pane?
Don't know nothing about it
I think it's just a case of your own bad luck
I never stole the purse
It fell out of the bag landed clean in my palms
I'm as honest as a Saint, guv!
I'm as clean as clean could be
Despite the muck

Despite the muck! (Despite the muck!)
By hook or crook! (By hook or crook!)
Yes I can weasel my way clean through anything
And it's amazing what rewards this trick can bring
'Cause by the time they find me out, I'm off the hook! Aow!

Made a faulty scam
Landed me in jail, out came all of my plans
The cat was finally set free
Guess there comes a time when
You're outta luck

And they go
Ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha - ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha
You're in the Nick!
I'm in the Nick! (He's in the Nick!)
I'm outta luck! (He's outta luck!)
Got sentenced 18 months for telling plain untruths
I even made my lawyer bow to this abuse
Maybe I'll break free of this cell - I'll try my luck!
Now everyone can confirm my disrepute!
If I conform to anything it ain't the truth!
Yet now because they found me out -

Ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha - ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha
You're in the Nick!
Ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha - ha ha ha ha ha ha
Ha ha ha ha ha ha
You're in the Nick!
(repeat to fade)
This parody was brought to you by my own incomprehensible theories about the hit ABC show "Lost".

A song that politicians could relate too(although they would deny it), 555.

I did one of my first parodies too this song too, if you alter in the URL so that 80s becomes 90s and 4 becomes 0 you'll be able to check it out. Anyway, this was about as good as mine was at that time, i.e it could have been more cream in the amount of lacteal fluids you milked it for, but still definitelly OK.

Yeah, I felt this kinda dwindled after the first verse and chorus, maybe should've submitted to segments instead. Looking back, I could've done a HELL of a lot more! Ah well... time makes fools of us all. Thanks for the comments and votes, every last one is appreciated. :)
