Makin' fun of the "Naked Gun"- 555! Too bad Leslie Nielsen died :(
Yeah, he was great, especially if you knew him only as a serious actor before he turned to comedy. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend "Police Squad!", the short-lived TV series that was the inspiration for the NAKED GUN movies.
Don't forget "Airplane" and "don't call me Shirley" ;-D
Yeah, that was the first thing to display his comic skills. Then came "Police Squad!" It's too bad that people who watch "Airplane" for the first time now don't get the benefit of why his casting in that role was so funny. (Same with other "serious" actors like Robert Stack and Lloyd Bridges
