This song isn't even about me (I have a 3.5 GPA), but rather, the kid who sits next to me in math. I've seen his report card (I was NOT spying! I looked up and accidentally looked at his grades), and he is failing all his classes except for gym, where he is getting a C+. Yes. That's right. He even failed general music. I wrote this parody because all I know is that if I hadn't worked mega-hard all year, I might be just like him right now. How is he gonna get into eighth grade, let alone college?!

If you've been keeping track, Green Day actually did a cover of this song, but I changed the artist's name to the original artist, Operation Ivy, partly just to avoid comments saying, "Green Day didn't write that song! Operation Ivy did!" Oh, and I left the chorus the same because why change it? It's perfect for the song and it's also perfect for my parody. Anyway, hope you enjoyed it! Vote and leave a comment!
