Original Song Title:

Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"Weaponry"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

True story of me and my guns...
Was a child
Dad gave me a new .22 to start
Then I grew
Took my dad's snub-nose .38 to heart

I remember the feeling
Desire for firepower
My brother's Wildey

Felt alive with a .475!

Weaponry
From mere pistols to AKs
(From "Wheel Guns to Auto-9s)
Weaponry
With many accessories (scopes and suppressors worked fine)
More categories

From snipers to SMGs!

Might makes right
The NRA was an answer to prayer
At gun shows
Military weapons were everywhere

Nice for me, but gave locals a scare!

Third Reich weapons on the streets
Pre-bans ruled back in the day
German ancestry...
The auto-pistol, true SMG, assault rifle, double-action pistol, and GPMG all come from Imperial and Nazi Germany. They are not part of legit NRA 2nd Amendment Rights claims of US history which involve: black powder arms, wheel guns, shotguns, Winchester repeaters, hunting rifles, the Colt 1911 .45, Thompson SMG, Gatling gun, and M-2 MG. The German weapons were for mass killing and revolutionized firearms development. That they are on the streets and in the hands of ordinary citizens as well as criminals and the insane courtesy of the NRA Firearms Lobby is a crime. When the Germans get all the bugs out of the new plasma rifle will that also be available in the future? Btw, the .50 cal weapons are nothing new either as in WW1 the Germans had 13mm AT guns (.50 cal is just 12.7mm). Postwar the Germans came up with the HK P-11 underwater pistol, the HK VP-70Z 3-rd burst pistol, and HK G-11 caseless rifle with a cylinder breech and now on to the Rheinmetall AG plasma weapon. Nazis experimented with rocket pistols, compression pistols, flak gas guns, and electric guns. There is hardly anything Western or Soviet that isn't decended from WW2 German arms.

Note: The weapons listed above in the parody are limited. I have owned, borrowed, trained with or tested (fired in public or at special facilities). The range is wider and ominous, including improvised weapons. The notes on German weapons history is also simplistic- their revolutionary weapons date back from the Franco-Prussian War (Needle Gun, Ballongeschutze, and other unique things) and extend into current experimentals with plasma, polyslugs, flechettes, and frangible ammo fired from Ger. literal "spitter cannon". Ammo experiments with cargo rounds and prismatic rounds. Many others I cannot list b/c they are classified SAPs. Btw, even modern "rail guns" go back to the WW2 15cm Peenemunde rail gun concept and Hansler electric gun. Nothing is new, really...
