Haven't eaten meat in a dozen years myself, and have trouble keeping up my weight. What's the rationale for the diet, just lower calories? Also, I've never encountered the word "vegs". How to pronounce that? Rhymes with "legs"? (Sec code VAJ probably doesn't help!)
