Had to look up Shane Macgowan to get this, but now I see.
Shane Macgowan was a member of the band The Pogues, a band which, for a time, also featured Cait O'Riordan, ex-wife of my favorite musical artist of all time, Mr. Elvis Costello. It's true, look it up if you don't believe me.
The best-known parody of the OS is undoubtedly "Marty Feldman Eyes!!!" But 555 for this one as well!
wow! Kim's voice is a lot more... annoying than I remembered that said good parody for some reason the "polithe" line tickled me! 5's

:-) Thanks all.. I guess the parody's a bit anachronistic, in that he's got dentures now. But back in the Pogues days of the 80s, he had the sort of dentition that would make parents say to their children "if you don't brush your teeth..."

Haha, good one. I saw a pic a while back of Shane with his new teeth but I'll always remember him with his "vandalised graveyard" look.
