"Scout Leader"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Like Catholic priests, Boy Scout leaders have acquired a rather unsavory reputation these days.
You better beware at night
Keep your tent zipped tight
Nothing is new, I've seen him here before
Watching and waiting
When he's sitting with you it's your thighs that he'll explore

You know you don't want to see
Him in the john watchin' you pee
The guy is a 'phile, a pedo drawn by the innocence of boys
No laughing matter
If you think you can trust him, he's gonna make you his toy

Oh here he comes
Watch out boys, he'll screw you up
Oh here he comes
He's your scout leader
Oh here he comes
Watch out boys, he'll screw you up
Oh here he comes
He's your scout leader

I wouldn't if I were you
I know what he will do
He's heartless boy, he's only looking for some pre-teen tail
Boys better scatter
Well if he gets caught, they'll send him off to jail

Oh here he comes
Watch out boys, he'll screw you up
Oh here he comes
He's your scout leader
Oh here he comes
Watch out boys, he'll screw you up
Oh here he comes
He's your scout leader

Stereotypical. Maybe things were different in my day, but I never saw an instance where a Catholic priest could have had access to a boy by himself. A friend once told me that, as a single man, he would be afraid to coach little league, be a scoutmaster, or drive a bus for elementary school children. It's too easy for the innocent to be accused. Well written song. A warning for boys to be on alert. Bad things DO happen. Though I don't think it's as common as reported.
