WARNING OF EXTREME GRAPHIIC CONTENT!!! This is the TRUE story of a man, Rudy Eugene, pumped with drugs (amphetamines, crack, speed, and "Bath Salts") that was found lying naked next to a 65 year old homeless man and cannibalistically eating-off his face in broad daylight near a Miami freeway as passers-by just stared. The Police ordered him to stop and he continued, so they shot him dead. The victim, Ronald Poppo, survived but looks grotesque- worse than any horror film SPFX. This is NOT FUNNY AT ALL, but needed to be reported, even if by song parody. It is unthinkable violence and degradation in the 21st century. How could this have happened at all???
