A Texas judge faces a police investigation and judicial probe after a video showing him beating his then-16-year-old disabled daughter was posted on the Internet. The graphic video drew international outrage after it was posted by a woman who said she was the victim of the beating seven years ago and that her parents -- including her father, Aransas County, Texas, Court-At-Law Judge William Adams --were the ones seen beating and cursing at her in the video. On Wednesday afternoon, Judge Adams was temporarily relieved of his duties for the next two weeks, and a visiting judge will take over his caseload while the matter is being investigated, according to the office of Aransas County Administrative Judge Burt Mills. ~CNN

The video from 2004 is sickening to watch and is blatant child abuse that the judge has not only defended (knowing the 5 year statute of limitations for felony charges is up) his action for that day but then tried to blame his daughter in a statement of her supposedly blackmailing him over support money and her Mercedes-Benz car he got her. Anderson Cooper interviewed the 23 yr old and her mother while the judge then issued another statement about his daughter's lack of disability and tearing down her character further. He has anger management issues and was in denial the entire time that his daughter was disabled. What was she severely beaten for? Ilegally downloading some games and videos!!! This judge needs to be removed from the bench as he is in no position to judge anyone in family court!

I didn't link the YouTube video b/c it was too traumatic for me. My worst beating was far more severe in teh 1970s. I came home late one Saturday night having missed dinner and with mud on my shoes and bike. For this, I was beaten for 30 mins straight with the belt by both parents. Dad started in for 10 mins straight, but my fuming mother wasn't satisfied so 20 more mins. I was beat all over my body including my face. By Monday I went to sore severely bruised and welted, even on my face and no teacher or the principal took any action at all- in fact, some of them smiled. That judge needs to be taken out and beaten to within an inch of his life to wipe that smug MFing smile off his face.

I remember the OS in 1982-1983 nicely. However, these new lyrics add a chilling ominous direction. That judge is a disgrace to his profession. To paraphrase Al Pacino, "He should be thrown in the f*cking jail, the son of a b*tch is GUILTY!" I've known fellow schoolmates who were abused and the fear is so stifling. My own Dad was beaten a lot in BFE, where no one can hear you scream. The isolation hides the tears and pain. The affects scar you and haunt you all during life. Texas is infected with the disease of corruption and it has had a spectrum of peckerheads in power there but the video shows the crime in living color and the evil deed must not be unpunished. Let's see if that filthy rat-b*stard still has his smug MFing smile on his face when he's behind bars! STOP THE ABUSE NOW! MAKE THAT MF PAY TODAY!
