The Lyrics

Here is another NASCAR song about Dale Earnhardt, Jr.'s efforts to win races in the Sprint Cup Series.
This race is 400 miles long
This race is 160 laps long
This race is 400 miles long
This race is 160 laps long
It's going to take money
A whole lot of Rick Hendrick's money
You have to invest tons of money
To win this race, Junior
It's going to take time - a whole lot of precious time
It's going to take a good bit of time
To win this, to win this, to win this, to win this race
This race is 400 miles long
This race is 160 laps long
This race is 400 miles long, this race is 160 laps long
It's going to take money, a whole lot of sponsor money
It's going to take plenty of money, to win this race, Junior
It's going to take time - a whole lot of precious time
It's going to take patience and time
To win this, to win this, to win this, to win this race
This race is 400 miles long
This race is 160 laps long
This race is 400 miles long
This race is 160 laps long
And I know it's real, you and Steve are the real deal
If you stay in the lead and don't try to spin it
I know that you are definitely going to win it
But it's going to take money - a whole lot of sponsorship money
It's going to take lots of money, to win this race, Junior
It's going to take time, a whole lot of on-track time
It's going to take patience and time
To win this, to win this, to win this, to win this race
This race is 400 miles long
This race is 160 laps long
This race is 400 miles long
This race is 160 laps long

so you don't like "Lonesome Loser" or "Let It Go" in that case you my friend have questionable taste in music but I suppose that's alright because the writing is stellar! 455

I just try to do songs that would work well with NASCAR-themed lyrics. That's all. Sometimes I turn songs I don't like into more tolerable ones by rephrasing them with NASCAR stuff. In fact, my first parody "Last 5 Laps at Talladega" was based on a song I heard against my will.
