top o' the mornin' to ya, laddies & lassies! with St. Patty's day coming up, I thought I'd begin that big 2018 project I've been talking about! this is it, I'm parodying all 20 tracks on the "Essential Earl Thomas Conley" album. given that Conley is my all-time favorite country singer, I figured it would be a fun way to celebrate my 5 years of "active" writing here at amiright! all of my original parody ideas over the course of this year, will be from this album. so please, feel free to keep the requests rolling in! I already have a couple which I will be working on and am more than happy to take more, in addition to this ongoing project! please enjoy and don't forget to wear green, tomorrow!

Well, I've heard of this guy but never listened to him before (as far as I know - my coworkers subject me to a lot of country music so I'm not sure). Pretty good. But enough about ETC - nice job with the parody, really liked the "wishing it was food instead" line, I can relate.

Claude - if it's that new country crap your co-workers expose you to, it's most certainly not ETC! he has more talent in one of his beard hairs, than these new guys do, in their entire bodies! anyway, thank you very much and yeah, I've tried Atkins food before and I think calling it food is a bit generous!
