The Lyrics

In true Robert D. Arndt fashion, I decided to write a parody about a piece of prototype German military equipment from WWII, the Porsche Tiger. This was a proposed design for the infamous Tiger heavy tank by Ferdinand Porsche, recognizable by its forward-mounted turret and slack tracks. Most hulls were converted into Ferdinand (aka Elefant) tank destroyers. Enjoy the parody!
Porsche Tiger, you’ve been down too long on the battlefield.
Oh, now your fate has been sealed.

Watch the driver, you can see he’s tired, but you know he’s mean.
See how he tames this machine.

Gotta blast away,
Porsche Tiger.

Dull gray metal, like the skin of a dragon on rocky steppes,
Has your crew all been prepped?
Look out!

Race down to Moscow, you can’t hide from the guns of the ‘34s,*
Oh, better stay on your course.

Gotta blast away, blast away.

Between the fields of mines,
There’s a crew that shakes with fear.
And as the engine whines,
Victory does not seem clear.

Porsche Tiger, you’re the star in this World of Tanks,
And you had better give thanks.
Jump! Jump!

Jump like a diver, you can see they’re hit, but the tracks won’t break,
Oh, will their confidence shake?

[guitar solo]

Porsche Tiger, you’ve spent too much time on the Eastern Front,
And I just gotta be blunt.
Oh! Oh!

Watch the driver, he’s run outta gas and he needs a Coke,
See how his spirit is broke.

Gotta blast away, blast away.
Gotta blast away, blast away.
Porsche Tiger,
Sole survivor,
You’re a mean machine!

Porsche Tiger,
Porsche Tiger,
Got a T-34 comin’ after you!

Porsche Tiger,
Porsche Tiger,
Yeah, all right!

Blast away, blast away, blast away,
Porsche Tiger,
Porsche Tiger…
*-Refers to the Soviet T-34 medium tank, not as powerful as the Tiger, but more numerous.

Sorry. I can only give you four "Arndts" for this one. In order to get the Full Arndt "Funfer" you need to do this to "I Put A Spell On You."

I realize he pretty much colonized "I Put a Spell On You", but this one seemed like it would fit better.
