The teenager is lying in bed, upstairs in his room
At four in the afternoon, uh huh
I guess that's fairly typical, if a little bit depraved
Way for a teenage- r to behave

Then there's the mess, I find it rather wearing
And the the smell that fills the room, it's rather strong
I guess I'm wrong

Not lazy, he's dead - he's not just asleep
Sleep so deep
There's no pulse in here, just a body
How it looks to me
Now I want to go: it gave me quite a fright
I already regret going in there tonight


I've never seen a dead, dead body come back to life
I've never seen one pick up a knife... it's kind of scary
I've never seen undead so terribly stabbed and slashed
And when it turned to me and gnashed, and started moaning "Brains"

I have never had such a feeling,
Such a feeling I've just shat myself with fear
As I do tonight.


The zombie undead, is lurching at me....
Squeaky creak
There's no one else here, just that thing and me.
And it's a zombie
Now I want to go, but this zombie's by my side
I'll try not to let, to let the damned thing bite
I'll try hard not to let, to let the undead bite
