I like this parody, although one cannot fit the pronunciation of "Citroen" into "Summer of '69" very easily without wrecking the pacing. For that, you will get a 5 for how funny, a 1 for pacing and a 3 for overall.

Hilarious, a superb piece of comic genius. I had no problems(pacing) playing guitar to it. To be honest the original isn't great pacing anyway. Three x 5's from me, a Sta in the making.
