I'm starting to take an interrest in the upcoming US election, something I thought I wouldn't be doing this time because I'm not writing parodies on a weekly basis anymore, but Trump's wizardry is reaching all the way over the big waters I guess.

Anyway, because of that and a blogpost elsewhere I can't refind right now I ran into a rather catchy term that made me go WTF and hit Google. It came at me something like this; ”Trump's jab at Hillary for reading stiffly of her new, very large teleprompter, without ever comfortably leaving script, obviously managed to get inside her OODA loop”.

First I thought it was some kind of Oompa Loompa Willy Wonka reference joke, but then Google informed me that ”OODA loop” apparently is milspeak, or up until now was, because if there ever was a milspeak term ready to charge the grammar boot camp's barbed wire and head over into polspeak sniper analysis in ANY language...

More googling, and I can't find it ever to have been used on Amiright, so now I'm tossing this to you, the resident milspeak expert, noticing on the fly-by that the acronym OODA seems to be a perfect match over the ditto YMCA - if you don't already have ten other ideas yourself. :-)

And here I was working on parodies with topics such as Flygsystem 2020 and Saab Barracuda soft armor! Btw, OODA simply means: Observe, Orient, Decide. and Act. Peter, please look up my parodies concerning Sweden like Germany's V-4 weapon and the Swedish atomic bomb project.
