Original Song Title:

"Think Of Me"

Original Performer:

Andrew Lloyd Webber - The Phantom Of The Opera

Parody Song Title:

"Click On Me"

Parody Written by:

Will Agrudis Glover

The Lyrics

POPUP:
Click on me
Click on me quickly
Hundreth customer
Hyperlink me
Before time's up
Vacation in summer

When you click
We will then multiply
And download virus to PC
If you want to find a virus
Stop and click on me

(Instrumental while user tries to close popups)

POPUPS:
We never close
Our presence is constant
If you close us Windows will say
This file is not responding
It won't go away

Think of all the things we offer you
Don't think about closing before we're through

Click on me
Click on me, some day
We'll break your CDs

Do not close me
Trying to hard will cause your files to freeze

We'll never cease
We will spread on PCs
And of course on MACs, too
There will never be a day when I won't come to you

USER:
Can it be?
Another popup?
Oh no!
Go away
You are not wanted here
The stupid popups, who made them?
I do not remember asking for a bad modem

POPUP:
We'll never cease
We will your PCs
And MACs and your CDs
But please promise me that sometimes you will click . . .
Ahh, Ahh, Ahh
On me

[SOTM] DKTOS, but a great read all the same. Especially liked how it's unbelievably realistic with popups appearing everywhere. You're right, they are unwanted : )

[SOTM] A few pacing glitches where syllable count matches, but the stresses are off. But overall, nicely done.

Innacurate, yet blissful. I am fond of how it stated the true manner of those bloody pop-ups! For once in my life, I had a laugh. Nicely done.
