With the rise of the "Tea Party" in its Luscious Glory of
White racist hubris rivalled by apartheid South Africa,
Appeals to the defence of a so-called "White Culture"
Have easily become blatant to the point of annoying,
Especially after Glenn Beck's uncalled-for remark
Claiming Prez Obama doesn't understand white folk,
Or even "White Culture," whatever that may be--
Especially as epitomised down there in the Tri-Lakes....

No wonder Branson may have lost herself
Any credence she may still have among the "shoobie traps,"
What with its pandering to latent racist groupthink;
So, indeed, has Branson really lost itself?

The cultural conservative crowd would love to relish of
Branson's being "White AmeriKKKan Culture" in purest form;
The loss of Boxcar Willie as their defining acid test
May have changed things there quite irrevocably,
But then again, I understand, "white trash" love it there,
Especially with Shoji T. and Andy Williams, too,
Never mind the Gadsden flags displayed arrogantly
Upon the most tacky of the "music show" venues....

In any case, has Branson lost itself,
What with Wisconsin Dells now being seen as rather "in"
Among the tackier shoobie traps of the land;
Is it any wonder Branson's lost itself?
