Parody Song Title:

"Manitobas"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

From "King of the Hill" Dale Gribble and his smoking obsession since third grade! The show didn't want to infringe on Marlboro cigs so made up Canadian Manitoba cigs.
Ooo, my little cancer stick, a little Zippo flick
4 decades is a lot of time to smoke Manitobas
Ooo, they're so Canadian, Maple Leaf upfront
Smoked 1 million over time, these Manitobas

Never gonna stop, smoke them up, to unwind
Gotta light one up, keep it up, puffing all the time
It's how, how, how I pass the time, Woo-hoo!

M-m-m-my Manitobas

A serial smoker, chewin's for jokers
Always have a stack or pack of Manitobas
Can't quit honestly, cannot succeed
Official cig of the RCMP* Manitobas

Never gonna stop, light one up, to unwind
In Mexico bought a stash of another kind
But the taste was dry, dry, dry. No-go

M-m-m-my Manitobas
M-m-m-my Manitobas (addicted)

Nervous 'bout conspiracies, smoking ease
Fake ID will do just fine, still- Manitobas
Sh-Sh-Sh Shackleford, R-Rusty
Aliens do hack my mind, but I've got Manitobas

Never gonna stop, light one up, the handy kind
Saved the Olympic Torch when Hank neared the handoff time
And that time at sea to survive
M-m-m-m-m-m-m-my, my, my, cig sent flames into the sky

I love my, I need my

M-m-m-my Manitobas
M-m-m-my Manitobas
M-m-m-my Manitobas
M-m-m-my Manitobas

Hoooooo-ohhh, my Manitobas
Hoooooo-ohhh, my Manitobas
Hoooooo-ohhh, my Manitobas

Every now and then Nancy smokes 'em...

Shi, Shi, Sha!!!

Thanks Ann, one pretty much needs to know "King of the Hill" to get the other non-cig refs!

^ I heard that it was planned for Dale to find out about Nancy's affair with John Redcorn but due to Fox's rush to get KOTH off the schedule and make way for "The Cleveland Show" (how'd that work out for 'em by the way?) several episodes were never made and that was one of 'em shame too as I would've liked seeing him find out "that Nancy ain't right" as ol' Hank would say (and I'm not talking Williams) anyway as for writing KOTH parodies Rob I think you've got a "Knack" for it! 455

Actually Jon, I think they were made but not aired. Four EPs. One reveals Boomhauer's job as Texas Ranger (or at least attending the academy), but nothing is really talked about Joseph as Nancy quit being unfaithful seasons back and neither Peggy nor John Redcorn went through with the threat to reveal the secret. In one episode, Dale says he found a way to cure Nancy's "headaches" which is a nod that Dale found out. The other theories in the regular seasons were that aliens got Nancy pregnant or that Joseph had a Jamaican or Guatemalan grandmother!
