The Lyrics

In my opinion, this poem is considered one of my most famous poems I ever wrote for the kittens of The Chateau - Cat Girl Manor. A melodic parody of a Scottish Jacobite song, "Come O'er the Stream, Charlie", it celebrates the Facebook page of one of the Chateau's models for having 3,000 likes before it was taken down.
(Chorus)
Come down the tree, Molly, sweet Molly, sweet Molly,
Come down the tree, Molly, and draw nigh to me.
And run to me, Molly, o'er oak tree and holly,
And run to me, Molly, like birds flying free.

(Verse I)
We'll live for the season, we'll love for a reason,
We'll run through the valley, the meadow, the glen;
We'll drown in our laughter, and come morning after
When things have gone awry, love, right now and then.

(Chorus)
Come down the tree, Molly, sweet Molly, sweet Molly,
Come down the tree, Molly, and draw nigh to me.
And run to me, Molly, o'er oak tree and holly,
And run to me, Molly, like birds flying free.

(Verse II)
Dear, we'll mak’st love freely o'er meadow most dearly,
From summertime's sunshine, to summertime's night;
And deep be our fill of the sweet champagne still,
To drink of our sweet love and romance tonight.

(Chorus)
Come down the tree, Molly, sweet Molly, sweet Molly,
Come down the tree, Molly, and draw nigh to me.
And run to me, Molly, o'er oak tree and holly,
And run to me, Molly, like birds flying free.

(Verse III)
Thou, kitten, be frisky; mine dear kitten, kiss me,
So teasest me, please, darling; and bid’st me to stay;
And liv’th we together, both now and forever,
Whilst our love prevaileth for aye and a day.

(Chorus)
Come down the tree, Molly, sweet Molly, sweet Molly,
Come down the tree, Molly, and draw nigh to me.
And run to me, Molly, o'er oak tree and holly,
And run to me, Molly, like birds flying free.
